• Industrial Sewing Machine Maintenance Repair Course-
This one-day sewing machine repair course will be given selected Saturdays that follow each Basic class. A professional Industrial Sewing Machine mechanic conducts this course. You'll learn:
o Timing the needle bar
o Timing the hook & distance
o Setting the take-up springs
o Setting the bobbin opener
o Threading and setting tensions
o Top & Bottom shaft timing
o And much more!
This course is a hands-on workshop where each student will make repairs to an industrial sewing machine. A must for Canvas Shop owners and sewers!

• Track & Tricks Seminar- Track Systems and Valances- everything you need to know about making track systems and attaching to them! We’ll show you how to make and market the 'Arch Conversion'. Learn how to plan, install, and fit to track systems; build track valances and contoured (bat-wing) flaps. We'll cover horizontal frames and Aft Enclosure Tops too! Hidden 'frowns' and polycarbonate flip-up smiles are part of the day's activities.
This one-day course is part of the Pro-Series and is offered to previous students, on selected Saturdays, as well.

• Advanced Canvas Estimating and Advanced Frame Bending Software-
This evening course is part of the Pro-series and is offered to previous students, on selected evenings, as well. This instructional class teaches the use of our Quick Canvas Estimator software. Included is instructional usage of the Quick Frame Calculator software application too.
The software offers the following:
o Estimate with legal disclaimer and contract for the customer to sign.
o Fabric and hardware estimator- measures all of the materials needed for any project to the nearest inch and prices the project to the penny! Cut your estimating time down to 15 minutes, no matter how big the job is. No more late night estimating!
o Standard and Variable frame calculations to the 1/8th inch. Bend and assemble perfect frames in your shop and take to the boat for installation. No more guesswork!
o Materials List- the software builds a materials list to order from and calculates, cost-of-goods, markup, gross profit, GP per hour.
o Work Order- hand your sewer the work order that details the job, materials required, design and style information. Leave out the guesswork!
o Setup Screen- set default parameters or change them on-the-fly!
