Students, and their spouse, can now stay in a luxury townhouse condominium for a fraction of the normal weekly rate. All guests have something in common, as they are students too!
Accommodations may have up to three students (individual parties) and their adult guest, per week. Therefore, you may not be the only party residing at the condo. Bedrooms are private, each with key-coded entry.
Our seven-day rental packages offer students a full-week stay! Each individual guest has the freedom to use all common areas, such as: kitchen, living rooms, laundry room, patio, and screened lanai, at their leisure. Common areas are shared by all guests.
We have tried to include every amenity possible to insure a comfortable experience and top-of-the-line accommodations. All that you need to bring are your personal hygiene items and any food & beverages you'll want to prepare. Extended priviledges at Bay Point Resort are included.
